BIBLE STUDIES

Fall Men's Study - "Hello, my name is Jesus" - a study of the book of John

If you are not currently in a small group, this is the perfect opportunity for men to dip their toe into the experience of having community with other men. Our Grove Men leader Chad Caddell will leading men through a journey of who Jesus actually is based on the Gospel of John in the Bible. Each evening will be packed with fun and powerful teaching, great discussion and conversation, and an opportunity to actually learn about this Jesus who loves us so much. This study will last 8 weeks on Monday nights...  September 14 - November 2... lasting from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. All meetings will happen on the campus of Hickory Grove in the Adult Wing. Why be apart of a Discipleship group?
  • To experience spritual life transformation- Romans 12:2 "Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect."

Being apart of a discipleship group involves commitment to consistent reading of scripture and sharing your experience with a small group of others doing the same.
